at approximately 150 m from the beach and near a beautiful park with a fountain.
There is a beautiful garden on the ground floor where tourists can relax. There
are shops with souvenirs, furs, clothing, food (Lidl supermarket), and taverns
nearby. Accommodation: The studios are renovated and spacious, with
accommodation capacity of 2 or 3 people, satellite TV, bathroom with shower, toilet,
sink, mirror, kitchenette (kitchen corner) fully equipped with electric cooker,
fridge, sink, cabinet with dishes and cutlery, large balcony with a table and
some chairs. The rooms have air conditioning (5 euros / room / day), the rooms
overlooking the courtyard are very cool and do not have air conditioning.The
vila gets self catering (the rooms are cleaned before the tourists arrive. They
are in charge of cleaning. There are no towels, soap, detergent or toilet paper).
Meals: not included, with the possibility of serving breakfast + dinner at a nearby
restaurant.
